Christmas!

So! Xmas has just been around and we're getting closer to New Year. =D

Talk about what happened for xmas, what you got, what went wrong, etc. c:

Well, I got: L4D2, DDR EXTREME, money, jewelry origami, dragon calendar, thigh high socks, and Despicable Me on DVD.

I mostly wanted L4D2 'cause I've been dying to play it. And my Christmas Eve was much better than Christmas day for me. On Christmas Eve we always get together with some "relatives" (my "Aunt" Tina is actually just a very close friend of my mom's) who live up in the mountains and since they have four kids, we're able to entertain ourselves since the eldest two are around my age.
Christmas day was okay in the morning, but then because my mom wasn't communicating well when she wanted to leave for our grandparent's house she became frustrated a bit. It was really quite annoying since usually we are the last ones there to arrive, but now since my grandma had her stroke the rest of the family leaves around 2:30pm since they usually get there around 12am I think. I was still in my pajamas until 2pm. LOLOL So when we got there everyone was already gone and we just sat around watching TV. And I can tell when my mom is in a mood, and boy was she in a mood. If it wasn't for the fact that we were at my grandparent's house, I'm pretty sure her bad mood would have shown a lot more. >.< It's one of those things I dislike about my mother. She is easily thrown into these bad moods by the littlest thing and then ruin everything for everyone else. And she thinks I'm the one who doesn't think of others. She often doesn't consider how her mood affects others when we're just trying to get through the day on a positive note and she swoops in with her negativity thinking that when something goes wrong she should be b*tchy the rest of the day and sometimes even into the next day. Tch, she needs to look into the "don't go to bed bearing grudges" thing which I heard about once before at church.

I have two Christmases, one for each side of the family. I have my mum's side about a week earlier, and it's so much better. o.o Actual xmas is so awkward and forced... urgh. Not a good atmosphere. :/ Such a horrible vibe off it.

I got a DSi (I'm behind the times with that xD), a pretty white-gold necklace, two books of the Shifters Series written by Rachel Vincent (I read the one I wanted to read in an afternoon. o.o 553 pages. xD), second book of the Monster Blood Trilogy aaannd that's about it. c: I got MarioKart and Nintendogs with the DS, too. x3

My brother got condoms from our uncle. o.o' But I've told you~ that. xD

I only just got my first mp3 player this christmas, so I'm far behind too XD

I think I'm gonna go out and play in the snow X3 but first: need more mp3s XD

I'm a bit behind with that too. I have a cheap 1GB mp3 player, and the first Nintendo DS. It's the old one that's all clunky and can be dropped on concrete and still work. XD I should know, I've dropped it so many times. >w<
I has Nintendogs~ I hardly play it now...lol

And L4D isn't that scary. Once I became brave enough to just run forward, it became a bit easier. And mumbling "die, zombies, die!" as I kill them. Plus there were many entertaining scenes that made me laugh because it was so ridiculous. XD

lol well if the nintendogs were real, then they would be running around my house right now and I would actually remember about them. XD Since it's a game, they just get really dirty. lol

I got a bamboo fun tablet! *holy light beams down on the words bamboo fun tablet* I can internetz draw now! But its so awesome im afraid that I might purge its holyness by using it. *aka LUVLUVLUVLUVLUVLUVLUVLUVLUVLUV..... IT* I also love that my birthday is january 10th, which means december and january are usually fond months that leave behind fond memories.
